The worst possible experience. The driver was extremely rude to me, my partner asked him to be nicer, he literally said “no”. While giving me the receipt he basically threw it at me. Then I asked for his name because I wanted to complain and he said he would call the police. The lady at the bus station was telling us that we had disturbed the driver while it was clear he was the one disturbing us. He was also clearly racist towards me because he was way nicer with other passengers who were Croatians. Simply terrible and disgusting behavior from the employees.

The coaches were clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the journey was pleasant. However the trip was advertised as having charger ports and they did not work. Furthermore my return journey coach did not show up. I booked the 21:55 but no coach showed up until 23:00 despite there meant to have been a coach at 22:45 also.
