Citiliner has received mixed feedback from its users. While some passengers appreciated the overall experience and would recommend it, there are consistent concerns about punctuality, with buses often arriving late at both pickup points and destinations. Additionally, issues such as cleanliness of the bus interiors and toilets have been noted by several travelers. Some customers also mentioned that drivers could be more courteous when addressing passenger inquiries or complaints during trips.
The bus was spot on time both departure and arrival with 20 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. What disturbed me was caring for child passengers. I noticed very young children, roughly between ages of 4 to 5, allowed to just walk about the bus and playing in the bus passage. All this when the bus was in motion. My expectations were that children should be strapped in their sits and if no sitbelts available (of which in this bus there were), parental care should be enforced. The one child was actually allowed to visit the loo all alone THREE TIMES without any supervision. To me all these rules should be explained to the passengers upon boarding the bus.

1. About 90% of charging ports were not were working. 2. There was cold air coming out somewhere in the bus, one passenger complained to the driver. 3. Didn't leave or arrive on time, there were delays at the station. 4. Toilets were dirty, there's no water in the sink and no bin to throw away toilet papers after doing your business. Everything else was good and the bus was comfortable.

I was disgusted by the way the bus was so filth, I was one of the first passengers in the bus Wich I had a choice to choose a seat but all the seat's where filthy from the previous travellers. I even sent an email to address this
