The driver was wonderful and the ride quite comfortable. My only complaint is that communication with the company is poor. I left two messages which weren’t returned on the voicemail and my email was answered too late to have the pick up place changed. The driver was sent to where I had requested the change, but I was never informed it was to happen and therefore took a car to what was on my ticket. It was confusing for the driver and an extra trip for me. That being said, I would certainly use the service again as the ride was so nice!
