Bus from Toronto to Kingston, CA: Tickets & Schedules

The trip to the airport on the 30 April was not good at all, the driver, was loud, bossy and in my opinion intimidating,, he treated us like school children back in the days,, these drivers needs to understand they are the face of the industry/ company , the way they speak to the passengers matters

The bus was super clean and I enjoyed the calm evening drive. It was a little tricky (and stressful) finding the bus stop at Scarborough Town Centre. It would have been helpful if the bus stop location was outlined more clearly on the ticket information.

they far overbooked multiple buses and pushed me back multiple hours making me late for work

The air conditioning broke. Also would have been nice to have an outlet for charging

Our driver was very professional and courteous. He was also a good driver. He dealt well with one slightly difficult passenger, setting boundaries but not escalating the situation.

Everything was great just wish there was better signage on the bus,the only way I was able to tell it was my bus was by asking the driver

Bus came 45 minutes late. The riding was not smooth at all and the chairs were not clean.

I was very pleased, the buses are newer then most Megabus, they are on time, and their was wifi for our journey.

As always bus was very clean staff were very helpful. The trip was about 75 minutes longer than anticipated, but that was due to traffic and weather that is out of the control of the driver or bus company

I had to wait for 4 hours for the bus,it would have been wonderful if there were more busses at earlier times! The area we waited, just inside viscount station have no chairs,dingy lighting and as a 72 year old I felt quite nervous and unsafe. That was after 7 hours of travel. The bus was on time and comfortable!

Trip from Toronto Pearson Airport to Kingston was on time and fast. Driver was helpful and friendly. Lots of room and bus wasn't crowded. Id definitely ride with them again. Good experience

The service was great. Unfortunately, the person sitting next to me was quite large and sat in a way that took up some of my leg space. It made the seat uncomfortable enough that I ended up giving up my window seat, which I had specifically chosen. I understand these situations can happen, but it did affect my experience.

It was good. It arrived a little bit early. But I was OK with that. The bus was clean. It had A/C and power outlets.

Not great. Bathroom wasn't working off the hop, then front tires were DOUBLE the air pressure they were suppose to be. Waited on the side of the highway for an hour, then at a gas station, then had to wait another hour for a replacement bus to come. Driver was nice though.
